What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), website, the services you are interested in, your indicative monthly budget and the brief you write for us. We do not ask for any special category data, and you should not include sensitive personal information in your brief.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether we can work together. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored securely in our hosted database and are accessible only to the two founders of Pudding Mill Media. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to run the relationship and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to request a copy in a portable format. Email hello@puddingmillmedia.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make it work. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on it.
